Who Makes the Strongest Wrinkle Cream?

strongest wrinkle creamWho makes the strongest wrinkle cream?

That’s a subject of some debate, if you are speaking in terms of effectiveness.

A dermatologist would likely suggest trans-retinoic acid, aka Retin-A, which is now made by many companies.

A natural health expert would recommend against the use of that product, because it is a synthetic form of vitamin A.

Any health expert might recommend against it, because vitamin A is toxic in large doses.  It would never be recommended for someone with sensitive skin, because it causes redness, itching and irritation.

One of the ways that wrinkles can be repaired is to induce minor damage.  Lasers are used during in-office treatments and acidic creams are used in the home.

These things stimulate the body’s natural ability to repair itself.  Sensing damage to the existing cells and fibers, there is increased production of new ones.  It is something like scarring.

Most people feel that they do look better after these treatments.  The new cells are lighter in color.  The skin is smoother. But, for several days or weeks, most people feel uncomfortable leaving the house.  So, it isn’t something to have done on your lunch hour.

Let’s look at a different question.  What’s the strongest wrinkle cream that does not cause negative side effects or require you to take off from work?

The latest studies point towards a special form of coenzyme Q10.

Volunteers suffering from sun damage used a cream containing a nano-emulsion of coenzyme Q10 every day for three months.  Things like wrinkles, roughness and moisture content were measured before the study began and at the end of it.  There was a 30% reduction in sun damage, roughness and wrinkles.  A 27% improvement in moisture content was noted, as well.

If you really want the strongest wrinkle cream, you might look for one containing the nano-emulsion and an ingredient called BioActive Keratin.  One trial concerning the benefits of BioActive Keratin involved the firmness and elasticity of volunteers’ skin.  After 18 days of use, there was a 40% improvement.

Another involved the amount of antioxidants within the skin.  Research has shown that the skin’s antioxidant content is becomes lower and lower as we age.  This allows the number of free radicals to increase dramatically.  Free radicals cause oxidation and that causes wrinkles.

BioActive Keratin has been shown to increase the skin’s antioxidant content dramatically.  Specific antioxidants like superoxide dismutase and glutathione were seen.  Those antioxidants have the ability to repair age spots caused by exposure to the sun or environmental toxins like cigarette smoke.

Another reason that the strongest wrinkle cream will contain BioActive Keratin is because it stimulates the production of new skin cells.  A 160% increase in skin cell proliferation was noted after three days of use.  That’s right, three days, not three months.

The new skin cells will push out the old ones, leaving your face looking brighter and smoother than you’ve seen it in a long time.  Does that sound like the strongest wrinkle cream to you?  It does to me.
